School Fees
Tuition fees at The Glasgow Academy are set annually by the Governors of The Glasgow Academicals’ War Memorial Trust, ensuring a careful balance between delivering an exceptional educational experience and maintaining long-term sustainability.
All fees are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate of 20%.
What’s included
Our fees are designed to be transparent and comprehensive, meaning families can plan with confidence. Fees include:
- All core curricular teaching and textbooks across every subject
- Curriculum-related outings and educational visits
- Personal accident insurance
- Examination entry fees
In addition, lunch is included within our Prep School fees, providing added convenience and value for families.
Payment of fees
School payments may be paid by Direct Debit at the discretion of The Glasgow Academicals’ War Memorial Trust, in ten monthly instalments on the first banking day of each month, as specified in the Fee Notices, from 1 August to 1 May inclusive.
Parents/carers of new pupils who wish to pay by Direct Debit will have received a Mandate with their enrolment forms.
Parents who wish to change from paying their fees termly to the Direct Debit system should contact the Administration Centre and a Mandate will be forwarded to them.
Fee payments by debit or credit card are welcomed and can be paid via our online shop.
